General Dental Practitioner
Dr Glenn Willey was born in Sydney Australia and was educated at Trinity Grammar School. He received a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Sydney in 1981.
After graduation he was one of 6 new graduates to be accepted into a pilot intern/registrar program at the newly opened Westmead Hospital Dental Clinical School. During his 3 years at Westmead he gained valuable experience in the areas of restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, accident and emergency and orthodontics.
In 1984 Dr Willey accepted a position in the Department of Orthodontics at the Sydney Dental Hospital to further his skills in orthodontics.
In 1989 Dr Willey attended the first course offered by the University of Sydney in the field of dental implants and began offering this treatment at his practice soon after. He was one of the first 6 dentists to be invited to enrol in the inaugural Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) program graduating in 1994.
In order to develop his knowledge, Dr Willey has attended countless courses, conferences and residencies of over the years. Notable amongst these were residency programs with Dr Patrick Pallacci in Marseilles, France in 1998 and the Malo Clinic in Lisbon, Portugal in 2011.
Dr Willey is active in all areas of the dental implant treatment and in particular is one of the more experienced providers of the All-on-4 protocol in the world. He has placed and restored more than 4000 implants.
In addition to his clinical interests Dr Willey has maintained a keen interest in teaching. From 1985 to 1993 he held part time visiting teaching positions at the Sydney Dental Hospital and Westmead Dental Clinical School tutoring undergraduate students in restorative dentistry and prosthodontics.
He was an honorary lecturer for the University of Sydney Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants) program and has lectured for various dental company sponsored courses and conferences. This included the prestigious Noble Biocare World Tour in Sydney Australia in 2006. He continues to lecture for Nobel Biocare in dental implant treatment. He has also lectured and run workshops in dental practice management.

Dr Melissa Anderson graduated from Griffith University (QLD) in 2012. During her time at Griffith, she received the award for Academic Excellence 3 years running, in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
Mel remains up-to-date with the ever-changing technology of dentistry by furthering her postgraduate training in advanced surgical and non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. She is an accredited Invisalign and Smile Styler provider and is well on her way to becoming a Digital Smile Design Master. Having joined the team in 2021, Delia brings a unique, vibrant and energetic approach to the role of practice manager.
Her warm personality is complemented by more the 29 years of experience in the industry. During her work life, Delia has been able to undertake virtually every role within a dental practice, making her a valuable asset to the Dental Fresh team.
Her roles have included reception, nursing, dental technician/lab work and practice management.
Delia believes that her understanding of all the roles that make up a good team allows her to empathise both with her patients and her team and means she can better connect with her staff.
