Dr Melissa Anderson graduated from Griffith University (QLD) in 2012. During her time at Griffith, she received the award for Academic Excellence 3 years running, in 2010, 2011 and 2012.

With her commitment to life-long learning, Mel makes time to continue her professional development. To that end she has attended various courses, providing her with a wealth of knowledge and the confidence to successfully carry out a wide range of treatments ranging from maintenance programmes to surgical treatments, full mouth rehabilitation, facial aesthetics and rejuvenation.

Mel remains up-to-date with the ever-changing technology of dentistry by furthering her postgraduate training in advanced surgical and non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. She is an accredited Invisalign and Smile Styler provider and is well on her way to becoming a Digital Smile Design Master. Behind each and every smile is a different person; Mel understands the importance of listening to her patients and keeping them at ease. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality treatment and patient care in a relaxed and safe environment. From the initial consultation to treatment, her friendly, calm and approachable chair-side manner make dentistry a breeze!

Melissa enjoys all areas of dentistry, her particular interests lie within oral surgery including implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, whilst her easy going, gentle approach and caring nature makes her especially suited to treating nervous patients.

Outside the dental surgery Melissa loves scuba diving and exploring the world that lies beneath the ocean, spending time in the outdoors and anytime with a great book.
